BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1906 Gunbarrel Road, being on the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road northeast of Igou Gap Road. Lot 10, block A, Subdivision of a Part of the Northeast and Southeast Quarters of Section Eleven, Township Six, North or Two, South, Range Three, West of the basis Line, Ocoee District, as shown by plat of record in deed book T, volume 27, page 620, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 2158, page 495, ROHC. Tax Map No. 149P-A-15. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to development corridor standards and dedication of right-of-way as required by the City Engineer. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
